#AskTheExpert Hi, I'm a new mom and having a delivery by c section before 20 days. I want to know what diet should I take so that I can recover ASAP and also production of breast milk also increases.

A. hi as your body went through major surgery, please take healthy and well blanaced diet.so you can get the recovery fast and it also helps to strengthen your child immunity. please keep your body well hydrated. maintain good hygiene.
