#asktheexpert Hi I'm 30 weeks pregnant low lying placenta. Can I do some exercise, meditation or yoga for normal delivery or to get strength on my body for delivery preparation.

A. Yes you can do yoga there is no problem but you have to do it under the observation of an expert who knows what exercises are meant to be done during the time of pregnancy and meditation and all is going to be good and healthy for you
