#AskTheExpert hi i m 27/F hypothyroid. From last 3 months I am seeing a delay of 7-10days in my period cycle. my last date in nov was 29th Nov. and for dec. i m still waiting for my periods. my weight is 76kgs/unmarried please suggest. i am really worried.

A. dear there is nothing to worry, worry can fluctuate your hormonal levels take appropriate diet and do exercise seek doctors advise and a qualified Nutritionist dietary advise if possible
