#AskTheExpert hi i have been having a normal period cycle of 26 days. last month i was tested positive for covid on 12th may and my period date was 8-12th may. but this month i have not got my period till date. is it normal or anything to worry and please tell me how much delay is expected and when it will become normal.

A. wait. 3 months n see.Always keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your cultureSee rest more you can try to give a healthy diet and see a doctor there fir more advice

A. Some day after covid is irregular for few. But to be safer and know if it's OK I will suggest you to see your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well
