#asktheexpert Hi, I have twins babies - one girl and one boy of 1 yr. My baby girl weighs less in proportion to her birth weight which was 2.3kg. And her weight now is 5.7 kg. Is this normal or do I need to consult a dorctor for the same? While Baby boy wieghs 7.7kg in proportion to his birth weight 2.4 kg.

A. Hi Mom, By one year, your baby girl have to be triple by her birth weight. Your baby boy is in correct weight compare to his birth weight, but baby girl is very less weight. I would suggest you to consult once with your child doctor for proper guidance. Thank you.
