#AskTheExpert Hi, I have gall bladder stones and few kidney stones. I am going to start homeopathic medicines for these from tomorrow, however, any suggestions you could provide on what not to eat and how to get rid of them overall. The stones are of 5 mm

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, how much water do you used to drink before? Make sure to take plenty of water to prevent stone formation. Take a lot of fruits and veggies. Avoid fried, oily and fatty foods.
