#AskTheExpert hi I have a baby girl she doesn't eats any normal diet,she only eats chocolates and biscuits I have to struggle. lot to put anything healthy in her stomach what should I do

A. baby is 2 years Kids are often fussy eaters try to add new flavours colours and textures to the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. Buy more of the foods you want your kids to eat, but still include foods they love so they avoid feeling restricted.Serve small mini meals at snack time instead of traditional “snack” foods and incorporate more traditional “snacks” into meals—like paratad alongside soup, for example.
