#AskTheExpert Hi, I have 5 months old baby and his 6th month is running now and from past 2 months I am experiencing heavy hair fall. when will this hairfall stop and when will hair regrow. please advice and why did it suddenly start falling when my baby was 3 months old.

A. hi it happens because of hormonal changes please take healthy and well blanaced diet. keep your body well hydrated avoid drinking RO water. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day. apply coconut oil daily on your hair. wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water. it will definitely help. stay stress free
