Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually it might be due to so many reasons it might be sometimes due to over heat in the body also just try to keep your baby hydrated well and also apply some coconut oil to the head part and warm castor oil to the tummy part if the the watery in the continuous please try consulting a doctor
