#asktheexpert Hi.. I got delivered in 29th week.. baby is in NICU.. couldn't feed baby for first 4 days.. expressing breast milk and feeding after 4 days but I get only 15 ml.. How to increase my breast milk

A. Fenugreek capsules are really very good you can take that twice in a day after breakfast and dinner that’s going to be good and you really need to have really good amount of liquids in the diet and proteins of your choice
