#AskTheExpert hi.. i dont know how to loose my weight. i put on too much of weight. i tried lemon n honey water in the morning no use. even i tried green tea. wat should I do

A. Along with diet you have to start doing some physical exercise in your daily routine so join some online yoga class it aerobics class and initially start walking to build stamina have green tea limit carbohydrates in diet in breakfast have oats eat fruits like apple pear
