#AskTheExpert Hi, I delivered my daughter via c section delivery on 1st April....it's been a month now but sometimes I do feel irritation in my stitches....also I feel it is probably due to sweat that settles on stitches...my husband checks the stitches and he feels it is all okay...what can be done in this case.??

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. if only itching is present and there is no bleeding present then just apply normal moisturizer and keep the area dry and clean you can wash the area 2 to 3 times a day so that it remains dry which will help reduce the itching
