#AskTheExpert hi...I am working in an IT company...since last year I am doing work from home.. mostly sittig job is there less physical activity and my periods are getting delayed everytime I have my periods in 2-3 months...I want to know the reason of this and cure for this...should I go for some test or checkup...plz help thanku
