#AskTheExpert Hi I am Preethi, i am stepping into 9 months of my pregnancy. I'm a little nervous. How to be mentally and physically prepared for delivery?

A. for delivery you don't need to get stressed out dear . just be positive and think about the happiness you would get after the baby will come in your hands for normal delivery you should just have a pressure down like we go for defecation while you are having the contractions and severe pain that will help you to get delivered earlier without much of pain so just be positive and strong all the best

A. hey nothing to worry about, trust your body and mind. trust doctors too, it will give you calmness and believe that everything going to be fine. stay hydrated and do some meditation with deep breaths, it will keep you calm n stress-free
