#asktheexpert hi I am on my 16 weeks and 4 days I have started having constipation issue since last 3-4days . pls suggest what can should I take to avoid this.

A. avoid constipation in summer particularly please take a lot of water to drink as well take all green leafy vegetables good source of fibre some seasonal fruits like papaya and banana also
