#AskTheExpert Hi, I am mother of 3 month old boy. from past 2 weeks I have more hairfall. what's the reason for that and how to control hairfall. Kindly advice

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet. drink lots of water. it happens due to hormonal fluctuations. stress. dehydration etc

Hello ma’am After delivery a lot of women what I would rather say all the women have this hair fall issue it’s very common Side-effect after delivery that happens apart from that I can only tell you to start applying onion oil into your scalp on a regular basis it’s available online or you can make it yourself looking for the recipe online that will help you in a better manner
