#asktheexpert hi I am mother of 3.5yrs old girl I have gained my weight after pregnancy I want to reduce atleast my height is 5'2" and weight is 80kg pls help me to reduce my weight

A. Dear mum, to reduce your weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid processed, packaged and junk foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.

A. hello actually weight loss is the biggest task complete education is a must complete education of food work out everything matters you better just check out some app or consult good dietician or just start with workouts walk everything
