Fruits are important so the vegetables and other ingredients also important. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc.
Sit together and eat together. Give dal ka pani, milk products like suji kheer oats kheer on daily basis. Also give khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups crambled eggs etc

Fruits Are a really very good and healthy option to go for but of course your child has to eat also so stop giving breastfeeding to the child for the time being and give food instead if your child will not get breastfeed from you and your child will automatically eat what is served
