#AskTheExpert Hi, I am 5 months 20 days old baby mother, am not able produce more milk and my baby latches every two hours. when he sucks fastly milk production is getting low. can you please help me how to increase milk

Hey Shatavari powder three times in the day that is going to be very helpful in increasing your lactation along with that you should increase the content of protein and liquid into your daily diet if you are unable to produce sufficient feeding them kindly start with formula feeding
