Q.

#asktheexpert Hi I am 11 weeks pregnant and is suffering from hyperemises gravidarum. doctor prescribed me vomikind and I take it once a day only when my episodes are very high rest I take nosic. i happened to read that it's not safe for the fetus and is really worried. kindly reply.

A. Most of the medication’s come under that category. It’s so happens that the vomiting switch or severe during pregnancy cannot be controlled with the regular medication and higher medication‘s are required, but most of the times they don’t harm the baby. So if your doctor has advised that you can take it.

A. nothing to worry about both the tablets are very much safe during pregnancy and having excessive complaints of vomiting you need to take the medication regularly. just keep in mind that you need to maintain proper hydration
