#AskTheExpert hi how to increase baby weight as my daughter is 2months 8 days. she is on exclusive on breastfeeding only. while feeding i don't know my milk is sufficient or not to her?? i feed her 20- 30 min each feed sometime 45 min also.kindly suggest on this

You have to check if your child is gaining a minimum of 400 g every month that’s via talking about the minimum side if that is there that means your breast feeding a sufficient and if not that means your breast feeding is not sufficient in that case I would recommend you to start giving formula feeding along with breast feeding
