#AskTheExpert My daughter is 1 year old. she is on exclusive breastfeeding till now. As she is now 1 year old. Do I need to give more milk other than breastfeeding?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if your milk secretion is good tha do not introduce cow milk., Give all family food in soft and roughly mashed form 3 to 4 times a day, rest feed on demand

Now you baby is one year old and it is totally safe to start giving outside milk to your baby. And now you should also start giving daily routine food to your baby because there are no food restrictions now on you can add anything in babies regular diet
