#asktheexpert hi How I should try to leave my daughter breastfeed.. what items should give so she can’t ask it for it

A. Make your breasts less available for nursing. Stop wearing nursing clothing such as nursing bras Shorten each breastfeeding session before stopping it completely. Postpone breastfeeding sessions and Substitute food, drinks, or comfort for breastfeeding. Distract your toddler. Stopping gradually will also help prevent problems like overfull, hard (engorged) breasts and mastitis.

A. hello you can try to introduce your child with full cream Cows milk n can skip the feeding session 1 by 1 and then you can stop with the feeding completely so the dependency on the breast milk is also reduce and it becomes easy and nothing to worry
