#asktheexpert hi,good morning mam my child is not gaining weight and he not even eat varities of food like poha,upma,chilla,what shud I do I m worried mam?

Till the time your child is not going to eat well the growth is going to get affected try and understand why your child is not willing to eat is it any kind of a nutritional deficiency that your child may be having or your child is gently not willing to eat what you are giving so try to work upon where is recipes and varieties that you can prepare
