A. after 6 months you can give ghee, curd, .. Continue breastmilk or formual milk till six months..as your babies digestive system is not well than better to give solids after completing six months. Starts with liquid diet like Moong Daal paani or rice kangi. give it for once in a day. follow three day rule. If it takes well than gradually you can introduce fruits and vegetables puree, and increase consistency.

A. Cow's milk is not recommended for babies below one year. However other milk products like ghee, curd, paneer can be included in the baby's diet around 8 months once u have introduced other basic vegetables and cereals. Dairy products like paneer, yogurt or cheese are produced by curdling enzymes and lactose is broken down to smaller protein molecules which makes them easily digestible. So it is safe to introduce them to your baby before one year. But, If your family has a history of milk allergy or lactose intolerance, then u should consult with your pediatrician before starting dairy products for ur baby
