#AskTheExpert Hi experts I am mother of 4yr old girl and my problem is she doesn't eat her food by herself I have to feed her only then she will eat otherwise she keeps the plate for as it is and not even touches it what can I do

A. Hello mom try to have meals together when ever possible. As they learn a lot through observing as well , you have if have any other kids around in the house can give the child the company , also you can give her some finger foods like fruits , or cut the roti into pieces or give rice in the bowl that they can pic and eat with spoon as well
