#asktheexpert Hi Dr, my son is one year 5 months old. only 4 teeth have been erupted so far. no symptoms of eruption for next set of teeth.. how long should I wait or what should I do now

A. hi ideally babies get their full set of primary teeth by the age of 2 or 3 years so as such no need to worry although as delay can be result of calcium deficiency please give high calcium food items more give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day which is best natural source of vitamin D
