#AskTheExpert hi dr my first baby is 1years 9 month at her time I got regular periods immediately after delivery I gave her bottle feed for starting 20 days after delivery now my second daughter is 71 days old and from two days it was bleeding for two she is breastfeeding from day one last month it was not bleeding for single day at the time of delivery it was bleeding oly for 15-20 days can it be consider as regular periods as I got regular periods early after the birth of first child

A. U I have to know that I’m not both the pregnancies are similar neither the deliveries and after delivery things are similar so in the first time everything was right on time but if right now you’re not getting your periods are you had less bleeding for initial time after delivering a child it’s completely normal when you are exclusively breastfeeding the child you can really skip your periods for a really long time
