Q.

#asktheexpert Hi Dr, my daughter is 2 years and two months old but do not drink cow milk. She is dependent on mother’s feed. What should I do?

A. She doesn’t want to drink with sipper either plain cow milk or milk shakes like banana shake or mango shake. Also, she don’t use feeding bottle. Till now she was eating kheer etc cooked in milk but she is now avoiding that also or eating in very little quantity. Don’t want to leave mother’s feed.

A. You can use buffaloes milk or full cream packet milk that is going to be a much better choice and instead of giving plain milk try giving smoothies and milkshakes and instead of using feeding bottle if you’re trying to use that go for a straw sipper sipper
