#AskTheExpert hi Dr. my baby is 15 month old and he is not sleeping well at 9t. he wakes up after every hour. this routine is continuously from birth. instead feeding him well the same is repeating. plz suggest some solution. thank you

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Stick to a consistent bedtime routine playing a quiet game.giving her a bath.changing your baby into her pyjamas.reading her a bedtime story.singing her a lullaby.giving her a gentle massage.tucking her in and kissing her goodnight.
