#AskTheExpert Hi Dr, My Baby daughter is 18days old and from.last 4-5 days, she hardly sleeps, in a whole days may be max 5-6 hrs even after getting massage she doesn't sleep for more than 30mins plz gyide

Generally baby sleep for 14-16 hrs at this age
Keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass urine minimum 6-8 times per day
Feed properly before sleep to ur baby
Switch off or dim light before sleep
Sing a song or cuddle ur baby
Check and change urine and motion immediately after passing it
Baby commonly wakes up 2-3 times at night for feed
