Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. अगर बच्चे का वजन उसके उम्र के हिसाब से ठीक है और दिन प्रतिदिन उसका जो वजन बढ़ता है वह कम से कम 15 से 20 ग्राम के हिसाब से बढ़ रहा है तो फिर उसके खाने के बारे में चिंता करने की जरूरत नहीं है

Hi Just check the gums of your child maybe your child is having its teeth which is why this is happening and if that is not the reason that there could be some other issue like indigestion or something or too much of stomach reflux must be happening consult your paediatrician ones if needed
