ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. you can try. avoid fatty foods. take fresh fruit and lots of water. exercise n yoga. avoid any new products. then see a specialist too. put aloe vera as that is f good okin all cases you can't take self medication. specifically in this case you need ultra sound and check up both and take pills only after a proper prescription ok
