#AskTheExpert Hi dr. I have twins babies baby boy & baby girl my my babies are 15 months old my baby girl have a problem of constipation from 8th month & again again she is getting sick plz tell what to doo thank you

give sipes of water after meal, give immunity booster food to her.

as a child is having frequent constipation
you need to keep an eye on your child diet
and remove food which causes it
maintain good Hydration throughout the day
give fiber rich food like fruits i.e. pear papaya plum banana etc to your child more
give tomato soup, spinach soup, sesame seeds ladoo etc more
