please don't force feed your child anything
please avoid maida items and packaged food
please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi etc
please maintain schedule properly
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge etc
Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy6 months agoA. Hai good morning !! Give 3 meals,2 snacks timely feeding to improve her appetite.
Never make her to skip any meal ,even breakfast or fruit snack initially she might take 2-3 spoons or half a fruit but gradually increase quantity.
Include banana,mango,potato,beans,idly,ghee,cheese,
butter,curd,paneer,nuts powder or ladoo,dals or kichdi,dal rice or curd rice ,roti or parantha ,soya ,egg,meat in her diet for weight gain.
