#AskTheExpert Hi Dr I am a diabetic and 32 yrs old..planning for pregnancy this month Could you please advice what all test I need to do before planning. also could you please suggest good diabetologist in Hyderabad. thank you

A. Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
