#AskTheExpert Hi Dr Good Morning , I hv a given the birth of baby on the month of 10 March 21, Today is 14 June 21 almost 3months now, my period didn't come, Kindly suggest.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. no problem ok. try to lose weight. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to the hormonal changes. Breastfeeding mothers tend to get periods late and as late as one year. Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular
