can be due to constipation too that happens due to lack of fibre diet and dehydration.
better consult your doctor for proper examination and start treatment

Hello,if you are passing stool with pain and there is blood in it then it means it's a fissures and to solve this problem you have to visit your doctor as she will after examining only tell you how serious is the problem and she will give you ointment and medicine for that.
