#asktheexpert Hi Doctor, What treatment would you advise for 7 months old daughter having cough & cold since yesterday & was not able to sleep properly last night ? Any home remedies, if you suggest ? Note : 3 weeks before as well she had the same thing but less severe cough. Consulted doc & gave meds that time.

stick yo good home remedies like giving indirect steam inhakation, do warm mustard oil massage on chest back and botyom of feet.
increaae brwadt feeding, use saline nasal drops.
