NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello ypu can be using Medicare shampoo which is the proven and the best remedy to get rid of the lice.. you can apply the shampoo and wash it well and then comb using a live comb which you get in fancy stores and use this for a minimum of three to four weeks to notice effective result.. once or twice a week I may use
