You can now introduce new variety , sago , dry fruits and nuts , steamed channa , rajma , dals, egg yolk and non veg if preferred, panner , wheat - roti , dal , millets like ragi etc , rice

Your baby will love to try different coloured and taste in this age...
Try giving different colored fruits and veggie for your baby.
1.Steamed Beans with rice puree
2.Steamed Carrot and potato puree
3.Steamed apple and rice puree
4.Steamed Greens rice with ghee
5.Banana puree
6.Watermelon juice and musk melon juice.
7.Tender coconut water
8.Dhal rice with ghee
9.Curd rice or fruit yogurt
10.Rava kichadi with coloured vegetables.
Rich in protein
If you are a Non -veg eater. you can give
1.Egg white scrambled eggs.
2.Egg yolk scrambled eggs.
3.whole egg scrambled.
4.chicken soup rice.
5.Steamed Fish.
You can give Paneer and Cheese also. which is rich in protein.
