AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy10 months agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc.

From the age of 10 months itself the right diet for your child is going to include all kind of food whatever you and your family are having on an every day basis as that is going to be the best food that you can offer to the child for total growth of your child nothing is going to be better than that to be given from the age of 10 months itself
