#asktheexpert hi doctor, this side manu father of of 21 month old daughter, my baby weight is only 7.3kg only ,my baby weight is not increasing?

A. Hello father a full term baby is expected to almost triple their birth weight by age of 1 year and then it doubles by age of 5 , you can now give all family foods

A. By these age of 24 months it’s approximately 12 kg which is considered healthier child is quite underweight looking at that so full body assessment with your doctor would be required to know and understand why the weight is not increasing in what’s meant to be done
