#AskTheExpert Hi doctor this is sumaira frm kashmir i m in my 7th month of pregnancy right nw had cough n cold few days back becoz of cold temp exposure n had to take azithromycin plus benadryl for 5 days feeling better nw bt the thing is my husband ws in delhi during those dats when he came back he wsnt feeling well got his RAT done ws negative i ws taking care of him wdout following any precaution as his test ws negative bt yesterday when it ws his 13th day he got RTPCR done bt it came put partially positive . i m having cough thats it i dnt have any other symptom wil get teated in 2 days in sha allah. if i wil b negative well n gud if positive then is it gng to affect my baby ??? thats the actual ques sorry for being too long .... thanku in advance

A. it is not possible to predict the complications of covid-19 in pregnant women so far there are not much involvement in many people but better to take proper care ar to avoid future problems

A. Hello mom No it is not going to affect your baby but still you should definitely inform this to your gynaecologist so doctor can advise you some medication which will help in boosting your immunity to fight with it. Rather than this you have to maintain a proper diet and this is the only solution to keep yourself and your family sa
