#asktheexpert hi doctor, need to check during summers my kids appetite has gone down. He is not taking much solid food. He is prefering liquids like water, juices. Is it fine

A. dear mum, give small frequent meals five or more times a day. include seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits important for appetite. curd helps. spices like jeera, Hing, mint powder aid digestion. do not bottle feed, it reduces appetite for top food.
