#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, my 26 month old son's appetite has gone down. He is active by all means, but eating very less comparing to what he was eating earlier. Is there a way to increase his appetite? Do you recommend using any tonic?

A. Add Natural appetizer in diet- Mix mint leaves juice in yogurt. Mix just pinch of black pepper ( it helps in the secretion of gastric juices).Mint is also used to combat stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, and colic in small children. Give it twice in a day.
