NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and also give different food option and also give baby three meals on a day along with fruits and vegetables which can help in the baby growth also
