#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, my kid is dreaming a lot while sleeping. He wakes up in the middle and scream and asks for something which he was playing before or the food he has eaten before. How do we avoid this?

A. hello...at this stage it happens.. make sure baby is not watching too much screen like mobile etc and doing lot of physical activities which makes it easier for.kids to sleep better....if baby is watching screen they get uncomfortable sleep
