#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, My kid has nose allergy since she was small. and keep rubbing nose. if she takes any cold items or rasam kind of food then next day morning she will have running nose and phlegm from nose. please suggest.

A. hi parent please avoid products with refrigerator please give daily sun light exposure please give Lukewarm water for drinking please give easily digestible food like dal rice khichdi vegetable soup and meshes etc please if necessary consult with your pediatrician about this matter
