#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor my HcgB and Papp a values are :1.0855 mom and 0.4605 mom. Nt value came as 2.2 mm for 13 w 2 days. my doctor said it's intermediate risk m so worried...can u pls guide

Hi Ma'am, I am 13 week 4 days pregnant as per my NT scan (LMP should be 14 weeks 2 days). but EPS was showing 6 weeks 1 days while I was 8 weeks 1 days as per my LMP. dual marker test 21 and 13,18 syndromes are at low risk, NT level is .95mm MoM... but the PAPP-A level is .35 MoM.. should it be a concern.. what should I do next now?

Q. Hello, I’m a 32 year old with a 5 year old son.. I’m in my second pregnancy right now (13 weeks). I got my NT scan done at 12 weeks 6 days and the NT value came out to be 2.9mm.. I have been put in a high risk category for Trisomy 21 ( 1 in 291) and this has shattered me completely. My gynec suggested NIPT for which we are waiting for the results. I’m extremely worried and the wait is killing me. So I went for another ultrasound today(13 w 3 days) to get a second opinion and the NT value is showing as 1.8mm now.
